To help you define a clear, coherent, and realistic project that aligns with your profile, we will support you through a... ten sessions of 1 to 2 hours each, This is a progressive process lasting approximately three months, alternating between periods of discussion and guided reflection. We offer you comprehensive, personalized and in-depth support, also including a post-assessment follow-up phase.

Depending on your professional and personal situation, You can finance your skills assessment by:
- your CPF account (Personal Training Account) with your balance or by requesting additional funding from France Travail or your company

What is the difference between Clarté Pro and Se Choisir?
Clarté Pro is our standard package: 9 sessions and 13 hours to explore possibilities and leave with a clear plan. Se Choisir is our most comprehensive PREMIUM package: 10 sessions and 18 hours, with an optional add-on module (emotional intelligence, neuroscience, post-assessment coaching sessions, or Human Design) to delve deeper into self-knowledge and develop your strengths.
How to choose between the two options?
Clarté Pro is suitable if you are looking to get out of the fog and take action and you cannot go beyond the maximum budget allocated by the CPF (1,600€ CPF ceiling + 150€ remaining to be paid = 1,750€).
Choosing Yourself is suitable if you feel you're no longer true to yourself and want longer-term support, with an additional focus tailored to your profile. A free initial consultation will help determine the best option for you.
How can I finance my skills assessment?
Depending on your professional and personal situation, you can finance your skills assessment by:
- Your CPF (Personal Training Account): you can use your balance or request additional funding from France Travail or your employer. Please note that since March 2026, the maximum amount allocated by the CPF is €1,600 for a skills assessment, and there is a remaining cost of €150 for individuals who are not job seekers or who do not receive additional funding from their employer.

Can these assessments be done remotely?
Yes, the aim is to keep things as simple as possible, via videoconference, from anywhere in France and around the world. Of course, for those local, there is the option of an in-person format at 100% or a hybrid format, alternating with in-person sessions in Lyon Part-Dieu, Genas, Châtillon-sur-Azergues, Miribel or Thil (01).
