A small group of 6 to 8 people, who begin the journey with 1.5 days in the countryside near Lyon (all-inclusive package), followed by group and individual meetings to personalize and complete your project.

To help you define a clear, consistent, and realistic project that aligns with your profile, we will support you throughout the process. 7 sessions of 1 to 2.5 hours each, This includes 1.5 days of in-person group sessions, within a three-month progression framework that alternates between discussion and guided reflection. We offer you comprehensive, personalized and in-depth support, also including a post-assessment follow-up phase.

Where does the in-person portion take place?
The 1.5 days of in-person training take place at Domaine de Sainte Croix (01120), about 30 minutes from Lyon, in an all-inclusive package (accommodation and meals included).
The property is located in the heart of an 11-hectare park, on the outskirts of Lyon, in the countryside. The package is all-inclusive: breakfast, coffee break, lunch, dinner and a private room.
The estate offers authentic cuisine based on local produce, comfortable accommodations and quiet outdoor spaces, conducive to taking a step back.
Easily accessible : Lyon (30 min), Ambérieu (20 min), Bourg-en-Bresse (1h), Saint-Étienne (1h), Grenoble (1h), Geneva (1h30) by car or train (Montluel station 10 minutes away).
What are the practical arrangements? (schedule, appointment scheduling, etc.)
For the 1.5 days in person Day 1 from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Day 2 from 9 am to 12 pm. Sharing sessions are organized after dinner. Accommodation is included.
For individual and group appointments : via videoconference (Teams), or in person in Thil (01) or Lyon Part-Dieu for individual appointments.
Between sessions : a common platform to share documents and videos, a WhatsApp group to continue exchanging information between appointments, and personal and confidential access to your MOTIVA® profile.
Do my exchanges remain confidential in a group format?
Yes. A confidentiality agreement is signed by all participants before the start of the course, and the group remains intentionally small (6 to 8 people maximum) to maintain an environment of trust.
