What is an individual skills assessment?
An individual skills assessment is a one-on-one consultation with a consultant., This process is designed to analyze your skills, abilities, and motivations, and to define a career plan. Everything discussed remains confidential: the written summary is given only to you, and no one else has access to it without your consent.
A skills assessment cannot be done alone in front of a screen.. The Labour Code entrusts this to an organization, and that's all for the best: The success of an assessment depends primarily on the relationship of trust with your consultant.. That's why we prioritize spending quality time together, and let you choose with whom you'd like to share this adventure from among the team's five consultants. No evaluation, no judgment: you're free to express yourself and be yourself.

The module Trust Dedicate 2 hours to your emotional intelligence skills, using the EQ-i 2.0® questionnaire. It explores self-perception, self-expression, human relationships, decision-making and stress management, to boost your self-confidence.
Emergence
The module Emergence Add 4 one-hour coaching sessions after the assessment, to be scheduled when you need them, to be supported until the end of your project.
Performance
The module Performance dedicates 2 hours to discovering neuroscience with the OMIND Impulse® course, which analyzes 18 cognitive, emotional and social skills and helps you strengthen them.
New impetus
The module New impetus Add four 1-hour neurofeedback sessions, in person in La Boisse (01), to be scheduled during and after the assessment according to your needs. This painless and non-invasive method, based on neuroscience, helps regulate stress, regain energy, and allow you to reflect on your project in a more focused environment.

How does an individual skills assessment work?
Clarity Pro And Choosing Yourself they follow the three phases provided for by the Labour Code, over approximately 3 months, alternating face-to-face sessions and time for reflection between sessions.
Phase 1: Preliminary stage
It all begins with a preliminary interview, before the assessment begins: we analyze your request, present the objectives, the program and the steps involved, and prepare your funding application. The first session then delves deeper into your request and your background, to tailor the support to your specific situation.
Phase 2: Personal and professional investigation
Personal exploration helps you get to know yourself better and reveal your potential, talents, and areas for development: your history, professional interests, motivations, skills, values, and interpersonal skills. The MBTI® or DISC® assessment creates a comprehensive profile of your personality, both at work and within a team.
Career exploration then focuses on the fields and professions that match your personality and aspirations. The MOTIVA® tool establishes your professional interest profile and motivational factors, and introduces you to more than 2,900 professions. Finally, you test your leads against reality through fieldwork with professionals, which we then debrief together.
Phase 3: Conclusion
You leave with a professional project supported by a written summary A comprehensive and confidential assessment, along with a realistic and motivating action plan. Six months after the assessment, a follow-up meeting will review the progress of your project.

Clarté Pro costs €1,750 and Se Choisir €2,350. With your CPF (Personal Training Account) and sufficient funds, you would only have to pay €150 for Clarté Pro and €750 for Se Choisir.

Prerequisites. None.
Access times. The start date will be arranged with your consultant, according to your needs and their availability.
- With the CPF, Allow 20 working days between your registration request and the first session: 2 days for the response, 4 days to finalize the registration, and 14 days for the withdrawal period.
- With France Travail or your OPCO, The processing time depends on the validation of your application.
- With your company or your personal funds, It depends on the signing of the contract.
Evaluation methods. A certificate of completion and a summary are given to you at the end of the last session.

What is the difference between Clarté Pro and Se Choisir?
Clarté Pro is our standard package: 9 sessions and 13 hours to explore possibilities and leave with a clear plan. Se Choisir is our most in-depth package: 10 sessions and 18 hours, with a module of your choice (emotional intelligence, neurofeedback, Human Design and Gene Keys, post-assessment coaching, neuroscience, or neurofeedback) to delve deeper into self-knowledge.
How to choose between the two options?
Clarté Pro is ideal if you're looking to gain clarity and take action. Se Choisir is suitable if you feel you've lost your way and want longer-term support, with a focus tailored to your individual profile. Budget is also a factor: with your CPF (Personal Training Account), you'll only need to pay €150 for Clarté Pro and €750 for Se Choisir. The free consultation allows us to choose the best option for you.
How can I finance my skills assessment?
You can use your CPF (Personal Training Account), your OPCO (Skills Operator), your employer, France Travail (including the CSP - Professional Transition Contract), your personal funds, or a combination of several sources. Can these assessments be done remotely?
Yes, via videoconference, anywhere in France and abroad. You can also choose in-person or a hybrid format: the locations are detailed in the "Where do the sessions take place?" section.
Can you do a skills assessment on your own?
No. The French Labor Code stipulates that a skills assessment must be conducted by a service provider, in three phases, with a summary provided to the participant. Online tests can help you reflect, but they are not a substitute for the perspective of a consultant, on-site research, or CPF funding.
What is the difference with a group skills assessment?
The framework is the same: three phases, a confidential written summary, and a 6-month follow-up. In an individual assessment, all sessions are conducted one-on-one with your consultant. In a group assessment like L'Équipage, some sessions are held in a small group to benefit from the perspectives of other participants.
