Co-development
Discover our support and professional practice improvement programs that will take your teams to the next level of professional and personal development.
The objectives of Co-development
Through this collaborative process, participants learn and develop their skills by sharing their experiences and exchanging ideas.
The workshops improve problem-solving skills and stimulate innovation. The group works together on specific problems and generates ideas to test new approaches.
Strengthening ties and collaboration is encouraged. Working together regularly improves relationships and boosts trust and mutual support.

CODEV
Do you need to develop your team in a supportive environment that promotes openness, good humor, and interaction?
Do you want your team to learn to provide its own solutions to the challenges and problems it encounters and to support each other?
We support you in revealing their collective intelligence and creating a support framework based on trust and a recognized and structured methodology.
These support programs are built custom made depending on your needs and your organization's culture. They can be delivered in the form of seminars, workshops or training courses in person or remotely over a period of half a day to 1 or 2 days, generally spaced 6 weeks apart, over a period of approximately 6 to 18 months.
We are trained in a recognized co-development method, resulting from the work of Adrien Payette and Claude Champagne.
We are also certified in various tools, which we can integrate into CODEV programs according to your needs. For example, "Optimize Your Team®" from Patrick Lencioni and/or the team cohesion questionnaire MBTI®, Leadership mapping, the’EQ-I 2.0.
