HOW IS A MANAGEMENT TEAM SEMINAR ORGANIZED?

If you wish to coach, develop and motivate your Executive Committee, Aktasens will help you build your coaching program by working hand in hand with the sponsors to develop a path that closely matches your objectives, needs and expectations.

The support can be provided over one or two days of seminars, or in several sessions over approximately three months with individual and group phases, followed by a follow-up assessment six months to a year later to evaluate the progress of group cohesion. The main steps of the process are generally as follows:

What tools and techniques are used?

The coach's stance allows for unlock and boost the potential of the teams and individuals, in French or international companies. This allows the group to find its own solutions, autonomously and with shared responsibility, within a framework of trust and support. The various workshops, seminars, and team cohesion workshops are based on a pedagogy that blends role-playing, interactive exercises, and reflection, enabling participants to acquire a deeper understanding of oneself and how to function with other team members, to work better together, to engage in constructive debates and to give assertive feedback. The team leaves with a clear, concrete, shared and motivating action plan. We also use here globally recognized tools such as Patrick Lencioni's team questionnaire and his team cohesion model; the MBTI personality and team questionnaire; emotional intelligence; leadership mapping; NVC, NLP, transactional analysis, etc.
