I joined a new team few weeks before Emmanuelle run the MBTI in our group.
Since 2008 I have had 3 MBTI tests and still I learned a lot about my preferences during our individual session with Emmanuelle. She helped me to raise very interesting and valid questions for my personal development.
Then during our collective session, it was a great opportunity for me to learn about personal preferences from all my new colleagues but as well they learned about my preferred way of working.
