Customer review processing
We use customer reviews and testimonials to continuously monitor the quality of our service and training; we use three methods of collection:
1. Customer reviews collected by Google My Business
Customer reviews collected by Google My Business relate to the overall training and assessment experience with our organization.
Every client who completes a training course or assessment with Aktasens is welcome to leave their feedback and comments on our interactions and their experience in the browser. These reviews are uploaded to the website via the TrustIndex plugin, which verifies the accuracy and validity of the feedback.

Within the framework of the free choice of how to post reviews on Google:
There is no selection or filtering by type of service.
The reviews correspond to real consumer experiences and identified authors.
The consumer is informed if their opinion is rejected.
Our organization, which owns the record, cannot modify them.
The consumer can report a review that seems suspicious to them.
Professionals have the opportunity to respond to reviews
Reviews are displayed by default from newest to oldest.
2. Customer reviews collected via the CPF
The overall satisfaction rate for each training course or skills assessment is also available on demand on the CPF platform.
3. Customer feedback collected via satisfaction questionnaire
All testimonials and feedback from our satisfaction questionnaires are collected after the completion of the service delivery in order to validate the quality of the training and support provided. These testimonials are not shared under any circumstances except as part of the Qualiopi certification process.
The retention period for a notice is 5 years.
